We exist to support, empower, and promote independence, inclusion, dignity, and meaningful community connections for adults receiving Assisted Living and Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) support services. In collaboration with individuals, families, guardians, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies, our goal is to ensure individuals are supported one step at a time in building safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives within their communities.
Services
We provide safe, flexible, and person-centred supports for adults with developmental disabilities using trauma-informed, strengths-based, goal-oriented, and culturally responsive approaches that support independence, health and wellness, daily living, and meaningful community inclusion.
Group Living Arrangements / Supported Housing
Our staff includes personal support workers, developmental support workers, community support workers, and in-person support staff trained to support individuals with varying levels of need through person-centred, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented approaches.

These homes are designed to create stable and respectful living environments where individuals are supported in developing life skills, maintaining routines, building relationships, and participating meaningfully in their communities. Depending on individual needs, supports may be provided up to 24 hours a day through structured staffing models.
Supports may include:
- Individualized and goal-focused support planning
- 24-hour supervision and in-person support where required
- Medication assistance and wellness monitoring
- Daily living and household skill development
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Meal preparation, nutrition, and budgeting support
- Behavioural, emotional, and social support
- Community inclusion, recreation, and cultural participation
- Transportation and appointment coordination
- Family collaboration and coordinated support planning
