We exist to support, nurture, and empower Children, Youth, and Families and Adults while promoting continued family and community connections. We work in consultation and collaboration with our partners and the families we serve to deliver safe, culturally informed, and responsive support that strengthens relationships and promotes long-term stability.
About Us
Informed Support Services is a dynamic organization grounded in years of frontline and supervisory experience working directly with Child and Family Services, Assisted Living and Social Services (PDD) and partner agencies. Our work focuses on bridging service gaps for children, youth, and families and adults while promoting continued connection to family, community, and culture.
At IFS, we provide services across Edmonton, Alberta, that are designed to respond to the needs of the children, youth, families, and adults in the communities we serve. Our service model focuses on hands-on, family - and individualized-centred, and wrap-around support, addressing critical service gaps and strengthening stability and connection. This commitment is reflected in our vision of connected families, people and communities.
We strive to create meaningful and positive change through action, partnership, and accountability. We value clear, transparent, and respectful communication and work closely with multidisciplinary teams as collaborative partners and community allies.
